I saw a clip of Ted Lasso earlier. It was really good, and hearing the details again, it makes sense why you connect with this show so much. I'm so glad you were able to find a piece of media this meaningful to you. I'm also so proud of you for getting back to Therapy. I know you might not be able to be as vulnerable as I am with my therapist immediately, but if you're willing to put in the work and ask yourself some hard questions, it will help. And I just wanted to add that better isn't something you achieve one day, and that's it. You have to maintain better. And it's also important to give yourself credit for how far you've come.
