Film Rewinding machine (center loading)
We are offering best Film rewinding machine for film printing as known as MRP Date and Expiry date etc through inkjet printing machine. This rewinder machine is capable for 150 meters per minute speed. There is option for encoder and sensor mountings. Rewinder has two motors one is 3hp DC motor with driver and second 1/4hp induction motor on hydraulic edge guide system. Hydraulic edge guide is equipped with hydro-pneumatic sensor which is guiding to a hydraulic cylinder for stationary film edge on a position.

2 KW servo? why so big power for a small quide rail?
Yes this sealing jaw has 2kw and 90.55nm torque power with reducer. customer use many kind of films 40-100 micron over thick so that means you need good pressure on every stroke. For using this power according to your film's need you can increase and decrease your power from HMI interface. One more thing is you can use 1kw, 1.5kw and max 2kw servo motor with reducer.
