    I dont get the 1st part of the question. The imiting friction to move the middle 3 kg bock is 15N. So any force on it LESS than 15 N won't cause it to move at all so acceleration of the midde block 3kg block when 10N is eing applied on it should be zero and of the 7 kg block should be 10/7 m/s^2 and the first block 0 m/s^2 ad no force of friction is acting as there IS NO RELATIVE MOTION. Where exacty am I wrong?
