I've watched quite a few model restoration videos, and, I have to say that this is a subpar job at best, but, good overall work, considering that it was a cheap metal model car from the beginning! Firstly, you should have given it a few more coats of paint, then, clear coats. After the clear coat, color sand and buff! Finally, add some polish to make the paint "pop!" This will make it look very good and stand out!

This restoration was just ok I like the original version better when it had the bird on the hood
