    The Eye of Revelation. The system is also referred to as "The Five Rites", "The Five Tibetans" and "The Five Rites of Rejuvenation". Kelder described the rites as having the potential to restore youthfulness through changing one's internal "vortexes". There is no evidence of the rites' being authentic Tibetan practices.

    Can you confirm when an inhale and exhale are to take place when doing the fifth exercise? Video shows inhale with the upward dog but I thought the inhale is supposed to go with the downward dog Thank you

      Its ok to do either way for inhale & exhale. I saw it too some people does opposite way so you can do either way imprting is don't forget to breath when you perform. The Tibetan Rites are a great way to improve your health, energy levels, and mindfulness all at once. Give them a try and see how they benefit you! Thanks for reading.❤

    THE BEST 5 Tibetan Rites EVER !!!!!!!!! Your music is very Calming . I tried some of the others and read The Eye of Revelation by Peter Kelder and your movement are correctly done to the instructions in this book .I am on day 307 and I want to thank you for your knowledge, experience and helping others to obtain greater health. BLESS you for what you do. I am forever grateful. I feel so much better and will continue on with you. Thank You Gratefully. Do you have a NIGHTTIME video to help calm the mind before bedtime we can all do ? Thank you again for your time and patience. LOVE THE MUSIC while exercising. .

    Foot placement on #3 should be onnballs of the feet. And with #5 you remain high up on the balls of the feet. Tis disaccording to the original very detailed illustrations provided by peter elder, who brought these to the public in 1939. I have practiced the daily for 46 years.

      You should consult your physician before commencing the Rites if you have any of the following serious medical or psychological problems: Heat valve problems Enlarged heart Recent heart attack High or low blood pressure Cancer Meniere's disease Vertigo Multiple sclerosis Parkinson's disease Seizure disorders Mental illness.

      Start with repetition of 3, then, incensement of 2 repetition every week until you reach 21 per rite. At the end of the spinning, focus on your thumbs and Breathe slowing until you feel better, before proceeding to the next rite. The person in this video is at a advance level.

      Rite 1 Breathe normally. Rite 2,3,4 Breathe in when tilting head back breath out when head moves towards chest Rite 5 Breathe in on DOWNDOG breathe out on Updog

    In our western world, I find it difficult to slow down mentally enough to perform any energy exercise, it's a constant effort. If you can manage this type of exercise, it grants a much greater energy release in the body. Many are trying to achieve these effects through rigorous, often just harmful, mechanical movements.

    I am 81 years old and I am practising these rites for more than 20 years every morning when i get up. I am in good health and mentally fit. I am convinced that thanks to these exercises I am in good shape and have not been ill for the last 20 years. I can only recommend to everybody to do the same. Start slowly with 3 exercises and add every 1-2 weeks 3 more exercises

    I have been going straight into chanting and meditation after performing the Rites. Today I heard a sound that came from my body that I have never heard before. A 'hsssing' sound. I felt like it was coming from all around me - my aura?! Afterwards I felt so calm and as if I was outside of my body but present. Anyone else chant and meditate afterwards and have amazing experiences?

      Omg! This happened to me today. I have been doing yoga and chanting but when I did it after the rites the experience was something else! Just like you described except I didn’t hear any sounds yet.

      A mí me pasó hace unos 2 meses , los hice y justo después tenía un curso con ejercicios y prácticas egipcias, sentí como me desintegraba y me volvía átomos, fue una experiencia muy loca , me duró como 2 días esa sensación . Creo que muchas prácticas se intensifican después de estos ejercicios. Lo volveré a intentar, me dió miedo porque no sabía que estaba pasando , pero después de leer esto y darle muchas vueltas a la experiencia que tuve , he llegado a la conclusión que fue a causa de haber hecho los ritos justo antes. Gracias por compartir!!! Ahora lo entiendo todo

      @@presentfuture7563damn... yeah, one has to be really careful to first learn to stabilize the spine before atempting complex exercises. i had back pain too from breakdance because i could not stabilize my spine well, thank god i didnt get a hernia, but i definitely might have.
