Hey have you gotten the steam or EA legacy collection of sims 1 and 2?

About the re-release: There seem to be quite a lot of people that have issues with what EA put out recently. I read some posts on Steam and Reddit. Some people even have problems that you wouldn't expect. Like: their game crashes when the burglar appears and takes an object. Or there even shall be the problem that their game crashes when Sims talk to each other. When the game outputs the speech, it apparently creates problems. And apparently, turning off the volume of voices in the menu solves this. But that is not a nice solution. And a problem like this shouldn't occur in the first place. So far, I think it is not worth buying the re-release of The Sims 1. Only if EA patches it. And if the problems are fixed, then I would buy it when there is a sale on Steam. But actually I think that the way we already are playing the game is better. I don't have all these issues that might to be expected with the re-release. What I already have, works almost flawlessly.

You mentioned that you sometimes have the issue that the roofs of houses don't become transparent when hovering over lots on the neighborhood screen. Some time ago I noticed exactly that with a lot on Vacation Island that I changed to a new hotel. I found out what caused it: When I was in the process of saving the lot, I had the roofs visible. Opening the lot, changing the menu option to "not showing the roof" or "walls down" and then saving the lot, should make the roof transparent again when you hover over the lot on the neighborhood screen.

Could you build three single-story, medium-sized houses in the following styles: - sub-Saharan African-themed house - film studio-themed house with a private cinema room, canvas director's chairs, studio lamps, red-brown sofas and armchairs, and a gold or reddish roof - beach-themed house Each of these three houses would have a basketball hoop and a porch swing in the garden. I think these houses would look beautiful and interesting, and they would be fun to build 🤩✨

I really like the personalities of the rooms. And the house as a whole has a interesting and nice shape! 😍 And I really like the guinea pig painting, too. I have to confess: I even would like to have one in real life. 😄 But I assume the art that was used to create the isometric object doesn't exist anywhere any more as a simple high-resolution image. If it was available, there would be the possibility to have a print being made.

This house is built and furnished very well. I really like the chairs, armchairs, dining table, fountains, wall map, wall lamps, ceiling fan, courtyard, garden sculptures, kitchen, bathrooms, roof, wall coverings and floors. From my point of view, the exclusive objects (both from buy mode and build mode) from the "Deluxe", "Double Deluxe" and "Complete Collection" editions, as well as those from the "Superstar" expansion pack, are totally iconic 🤩 Thank you very much for this great build 🏺⛲🏡🏰😄
