Manufactured and designed in-house by Thermtrol engineering; the Push-Click-Pull test fixture is incorporated into the wire harness production line to insure that every terminal is properly seated into the housing. This is one part of insuring our customer receives the highest quality every time.

This short video of one of our assembly lines is an example of Thermtrol's lean manufacturing processes and quality standards that are in place every step of the way. From the start with the Push-Click-Pull test jigs, to the Poka-Yoke assembly test fixtures, to the finishing continuity test ensuring that every circuit is 100% tested on the line.

What is investment for this assembly line.
If you want to see modern day slavery then you are looking at it, low paid jobs, very repetitive, and they make you stand up all day when they can easily have seats so you can work while seated makes life so much easier. I have done this type of work and believe me it is not easy it burns you out over time and numbs your brain lol!

This is what hell looks like.
Honestly this work is not fast enough compare to my job which is about assemblying too. I was exhausted like hell after work. I'm gonna resign after a month after getting my salary

It seems to be a custom made fixture
God bless these people on assembly lines. Such a repetitive and monotonous job but they bring us products that we use everyday. It takes amazing focus and concentration to do this kind of repetitive work.

When the alternative is no work, you're grateful for a regular income and working indoors with no heavy lifting. Every single industrialised country in the world went through this phase and, once China has continued into the 'developed' world, it'll be another country coming through the developing phase which has people work like this.
I experienced this kind of work, bigger than this harness and in a big conveyor.Walking,standing all day.
