I could only imagine how tedious it must've been to work on this with the latency and lags. What tools did you guys use to prevent that?
Hi Alex. Because everyone recorded their parts individually, there weren't really any latency issues. Everyone recorded along to a MIDI demo with a click track and then sent me the files. The arrangement also includes two measures of quarter notes right at the beginning (edited out of the final product) that Emily and I use to sync the files together once we're in mixing/editing mode. I'm not sure if this answers your question but I'm happy to elaborate more if needed!
