not a good practice.... dont recommend this for service pages
Very thin content on that page example and you will struggle to rank and maintain your rankings. Add in local reviews, local office information, some text about each location and all the key information about your service using FAQs to handle sales objections would be a good start.
Not true. It's straight to the point and meets search intent. No one wants to read a ton a content when they have a leaky roof.

Great explanation of SAPs. Do you recommend changing the content for each page? I thought Google didn't like repeated content?

Hi, I want to ask something regarding this method. I am currently working on an HVAC website in Chicago. And they have create service area pages just like you mentioned but all they did was copy paste the pages and just changed the name of area, this way now they have over 70+ service area page with same content just different area name. I think this is affecting the site's growth as neither those pages are ranking and the other pages are also not ranking well. What would you advice me to do in this situation. Should I delete those pages or create different content for over 70+ pages. Would love to get some professional advice from you. Thanks.
