The second verse "tamasoma jyotir gamaya" which means "lead me from darkness onto light" is often translated as "lead me from ignorance to the truth" As for them being based on context many words in many languages are based on context, like the hindi word "laga" it can mean "put" or brooming or lighting the cooker etc based on the sentence/context, "run" can also be an example. Context based words are part of language and don't really cause any problems. Also Sat and asat don't have loose meanings its just they are non-transaltables.

There are temples where men are not allowed and some where Kshatriyas are not allowed. This belief in the chakras could be called pseudoscience or science whatever but not discrimination. Tbh nobody in my family or me for that matter follow any dietician/nutritionist. We eat whatever we have been eating for generations, have junk food once a month or so, eat most types of meat, fish and seafood and all veggies and fruits. We eat rice, wheat, millets in every form. Yes we do deep fry stuff at times, we have desserts (made with sugar or jaggery), and we don't keep a calorie scale at home, calculating everything before we eat. Maybe on some days we eat excess calories and on some days, deficient. None of us have any health issues like cholesterol, diabetes, high/low BP, cancer, stomach/intestinal issues etc. because we give proper exercise to our bodies and minds. That's all you need to do. Eat well, eat healthy, eat veggies and fruits, eat whatever grain is your staple, eat whatever protein you like, eat some good fat too, eat junk once a while, eat your favourite biryani or feast meal once in a while, indulge in desserts and street food at times, but make sure you have good sleep and exercise well (you don't necessarily have to hit the gym and workout for 3-4 hours per day - just do some basic stuff for the joints and muscles at home, go for a jog daily, do some cycling, swim, trek once a while)
