ACP (American College of Physicians) and AAFP (American Association of Family Physicians) say anything below 140/90 is good. Originally this guideline everyone thought this was fine. Then pharmaceutical companies said 120/80 was the norm. In my opinion, the lower number supports taking drugs to reach such a low number. As a result, more sales and profit for big pharma.

i've been having natural and drug induced blood pressure issues, i've been taking dextroamphetamine since i was 17 im 45 now. the dex is the time release sort. to combat my rising bp i've been taking meds for that now....they really dont work and have very unwanted side effects. example one caused my legs and feet to swell so much my boots wouldnt fit. the others cause odd forms of impotence, thats a problem. im starting to feel like a lab rat, just the human variety.

A drug has to be assessed vi's a vi's the covid pandemic. Sglt2 inhibitors cause insulinopenia because of low glucose level therefore low atp which ultimately suppresses the immunity to fight the covid infection. This drug also causes euglycaemic keto acidosis which makes it a dangerous drug despite all its advantage in cardio and renal complication.

Hello, I would like to point out if a patient has a severe allergy to an ACE/ARB then the benefits of an SGLT-2i are completely unknown. DAPA-HF, DAPA-CKD, EMPEROR-Reduced etc. etc. all had at least 90% of patients on ACEi/ARB etc. therefore, we cannot say any applies to the patient case presented. PATIENTS MUST BE ON STANDARD OF CARE otherwise this is all insufficient to make a determination. Thank you.

Here's all you need: simple....but NOT easy - First, your doctor is NOT allowed to speak of nutrition in this or many other diseases or challenges in medicine; as money cannot be generated by having people get better. 1) stop drinking/eating sugary foods; cake, soda, beer, wine, breads or anything that is considered "high in carbohydrates". The "Why"....will come at the end here. 2) Drink enough water to keep your vascular system "full for blood circulation/ stay hydrated!, 3) Start to switch over from high carbos, to high fats/proteins; "why coming". 4) Start some basic "air squats, with air "overhead arm raises" to get blood flow moving again. 5) Begin "intermittent fasting"....start by eating in a "window of time daily; ex) eat from only 09:00-12 noon and give up dinners for 3-6 months. People eat too much food, too often to give their' bodies a chance to recuperate. "Why?" Sugar/ie: carbohydrates are killing the civilized world due to "brainwashing" by the big companies in said countries. We are NOT genetically made to eat 3-5 times a day; once if lucky... Sugar/carbs causes the "metabolic effect", which, in itself caused YOUR PAD. Now...start to learn about what I've written and take action. Do this,....and live...don't and die young.
