I found a seed that breaks rush and it happens at door 39 and it also makes you see seek at door 46 (its 2591445)

do custom seeds impact entity spawns? I thought it only affected room generation, and does it also affect items?

man i wish they never updated any of the node entities' AI, they're all scuffed up now
I actually encountered this in a Trick-or-Treat run once, except it was with rush. They were a few doors ahead, and I got to a point where I was right on top of them or under them I am assuming.
something similar happened to me I found a seed where rush would spawn at like door 46 and come from the front but get stuck in the library so he instantly kills you when you enter the library
I think it’s because when it spawns at a specific room, when you go too fast, the entity can’t spawn due to an error in the console that makes the script stop unfortunately.
I did destiny still arrives once and at a certain door I kept hearing rush sound that never went away so I died to green house
this happened to me but with rush (on door 61)
2399076 is another seed that does this, and i was able to hear ambush in the library and even walk up to him because the rooms after the seek chase just kept looping around where ambush spawned

In a lot of seeds all entitys can get stucked, i alr see 3 rush, 3 a-60 and 2 ambush, is normal, is just a AI bug i think
This happened to me with rush and he got stuck directly after door 50 which instantly killed me as i opened the door
I found seed without Rush - 1500
I had the exact same thing happen to me when I was trying to do Hotel Hell Ambush spawned as soon as I finished the seek chase and his noises made me die in door 50 because I couldn't hear figure and he caught me off guard
This is because when a rush-like entity spawns in a deleted room, it won't move at all. If you open the console you can see that it fails to find "RoomEntrance" (which is the entrance part of the room) in a deleted room.
This also happens to Rush, A-60, and Blitz.

This keeps on happening to me with rush and basements for some reason, not every time but alot. It’s interesting that ambush can get stuck in seeks area. Also ambush tends to appear shortly after halt and will sound close, fade out, then after a while actually appear in my experience.
I have had a lot of runs where after door 50 to 60 I hear rush in thr middle of it and it's just his sounds not attacking. It's just creepy a bit. I remember one time I was hearing it and in the same room with the loss sound of rush. Rush killed me. (Maybe it's was foreshadowing) but yea I think it has to do with some people's internet and bugs the seeds

I met this 2 days ago, omg i am so lucky
That happend to me wich my friend.It started making ambush noises on door 20 but he didnt attacked.At the end the noise was to loud i died to screech
this happend randomly to rush, his full audio cue was playing but he never came it was at luke door 20 before seek chase or anything else
I played a run yesterday where i got 2 ambushes and a fake one before door 50, and one after.
That happened to me when I was playing and I heard ambush but he didn’t come so I continued and then found him at the library
This is the same problem with rush. It’s happened twice for me.
I encountered it alot with A-60, it always bugged after seek chase and was making me nervous getting Hotel Hell

When me and my friend was playing the hotel the same thing were with Ambush. He just spawned somewhere in textures and just stuck there, when we got to the library my friend died and the revive panel said “wait until it is safe” I bet the library and got to Jeff’s shop but my friend still cannot revive. After I died to seeks arm I wasn’t able to revive too. PS: in the library we heard Ambush behind a wall

I found it in seed 2172801, with more stuff, didn't skip leg day, good time, and blitz, oh. After the seek chase, lights will flicker and rush isnt coming, he's stuck. (Video proof on this info)

This happens because entities can't spawn in the seek chase so if an entity spawns with it loaded they stop so the game can keep the chase fair and not have you die to rush or ambush
Happened to me once when playing with modifiers. Yippee.
