As an older Tom Lerhrer and and Doctor D fan, who's also helped operate ballroom dance competitions, I suspect this performance could be improved by watching actual tango dancers, and identifying spots where a slower tempo or rest in the music is needed, to reflect extended body positions with head or facial movements only.
