Mouth Watering Sticky Pork BBQ Belly | MerryMiras

RidiculouslyDelicious Sticky Pork Belly BBQ 😍
Ingredients used:
Marinate:
700 to 1k grams Pork Belly(Remove skin) atleast 1.5 to 2 inches thick, with pork fat ratio
6 tbsp Brown sugar
1 tbsp rock salt
1 tbsp white pepper or black
Marinate overnight inside the Fridge
Bake pork belly at 360°f at 30minutes,Then raised Temp to 420°F for 10mins
Brush both sides of the Pork with the sticky sauce for even caramelization.

7 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp crushed garlic
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tsp kecap manis or sweet soy
4 tbsp white sugar or Light brown
1 tsbp sesame oil
White pepper
1 to 2 tbsp Siracha sauce or Sambal chili sauce
