I think the guy in the white cap on a bike is her look out. Stupid biatch is too dumb to see the camera. It happens at 17:17:00. Goes to show even the eastside is not safe. Update: 5 hours after this occurred, she was caught and my package was returned opened and missing some pieces. She was on parole for another burglary. Once a stupid thief, always a stupid thief. It was a Ukelale in the pack...
05/06 GSXR1000 Fast Idle adjustment
Просмотров 67 тыс.13 лет назад
This video is on how fast idling works on a 2006 Suzuki GSXR1000. Perhaps it will help you troubleshoot why your fast idling is not working or how to adjust it. Based on the manual, fast idling should be at 2000 RPM and normal idling is at 1200 RPM. The smaller screw on top controls fast idling and the bigger screw on the bottom controls regular idling. Turning the screws clockwise will increas...

Testing my Archos helmet Cam riding up Santa Anita Canyon on the EX-500. Would not recommend anyone carving this canyon due to the debris, narrow road, and lots of cars and pedestrians. Next I will be taking the helmet cam with me to GMR and track days
a problem of my bike idling real high for 2 secs on start then goes to normal is that this?
Is this also working on the 750 k7 version?
Oh man your a diamond, came home from work yesterday did the same thing lifted my tank and boom the screw had backed off now it’s brand new 🤌🏼 Thankyou my man
Where on the bike is this located? I’m new to this scene. I have a k9 gsxr 600
Hello, how do you know when the fast idle screw is right I think my bike has the same issue
I adjusted the nut clockwise on the fast Idle bolt but the bolt still doesn’t move. Instead the spring just get tight.
Great video very good explanation thanks🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽
Thanks for the help, man
How do you spell e-d-i-t??
Damn you fat lady
Love seeing a stupid theif.. But why all the extra footage..

Hate it when they steal. love it when they are caught. There is a darkness in these people they are capable of doing much much worse. They seek each other out. They are opportunist. She and the likes of her are true criminals. But they do a little time if any and back out with the public and if an opportunity presents itself a crime will again be committed, any type of crime if they feel they can get away with it. Thank god there wasnt a little kid that was just happening to be sitting near this package.
The theifs parents did not love her enough to beat the shit out of here when she was bad.
Seems to me like a few folk should be using a one way package bin.
what should the idle be at
This is not the proper way to do it. The proper way is to set the TPS correctly, warm the engine up, and check the voltage of the TPS at 1,150 RPM (it should be around 1.125 V). Next, you remove the airbox lid, disconnect the STVA connector, manually open the secondary throttle blades such that they are vertical, then check the voltage at the TPS. Subtract the two values and it must be between 0.021-0.032 V to be within spec. Don't just start turning screws that you don't understand. You can still download the factory service manual if you look online, it is what I reference for all work, there is no reason to do it the wrong way. For those wondering about idle speed in gear (with clutch in), this is not an automatic (AKA, the idle speed does not drop significantly. If it does, you might have slave cylinder/master cylinder issues, clutch adjustment issues, or clutch issues in general). The idle speed should still be around 1,150. Not 1,000.
The idle should def be at 150
Dude! Thank you! Came across this, ran outside, lifted my tank, and sure enough...the fast idle screw had backed off! Nice work!
Just bought a 05 katana 750 and it runs like a raped ape but after the bike has warmed up and I come to a stop the bike wants to idle around twenty five hundred rpm's. Not familiar with suzuki.. any input would be greatly appreciated.
I have a '96 750 SRAD and the idle Screams when I come to stops. It's pretty normal when I first take off. But when it gets warm; It feels like it's telling Me to take it to the track. What's up with that? Anybody know?
7drakkar1 adjust your idle you can always set it back to where you had it.
SirVr6rio Thanks, Man. I'll give it a try.
Wanna know the problem? It's a 96 SRAD bro that's the problem no offense it's such a piece of shit the carburetor they use in that. So inconsistent always causes problems and has high idle. Look up variable Venturi problems. I'm not just a random hater, I had a 97 SRAD 750 great first bike I love everything about it except those terrible ass fucking awful carbs. I had the same issue as you and no matter what I did to fix those carbs, they were still garbage shit. Upgrade to fuel injection you will love it so much I promise you. My idle on my 2002 GSXR 1000 is so consistent it stays exactly at whatever rpms I want. And the throttle response is instant and accurate/sharp as fuck. Trust me. I've been there and made it out of that hell
Thanks.
Gotta love surveillance cameras these days...Ever since I installed my QSee system UPS has been throwing fewer packages towards my front door. LOL
Thanks for the video. Helped understand why mine was starting with such a high idle and was able to adjust accordingly.
How far do u turn the fast idling screw to get to 2000
This same type of disgusting thievery is standard operating procedure at the Port Authority Bus Terminal in NYC by Port Authority Supervisors. The pubic must be aware of the crimes that are being committed against them when their lost property is stolen from the PABT's Lost & Found Dept. by Port Authority Bus Terminal Supervisors. Google “Donna Lebourne abc news."& see the vile face of shame being confronted and exposed for the world to see. Also Google “found, stolen, trashed by PA.” No one should be above the law no matter who they are and who they work for.
hi g2, please my friend tell me why the cable ''A'' and cable ''B'' ?
Fantastic video thanks been having issues with my K6
This is false, On some bikes some engines require certain internal centrifugal forces to distribute oil,on the side stand the oil pressure is low and can fluctuate if RPM low because of cavitation at the pickup causing it to come uncovered due to the angle of the oil in the pan, this is particularly true of V-Twins which often throw a front tensioner due to the front not getting sufficient oil to it when left to idle on the side stand at low RPM
I have the opposite problem my bike idles really high like ar 4500rpm I try adjusting the I dle cable nothing happens I have manually turn tha round metal thing with my finger to get it to 1500 rpm does anyone know what I can do to fix my problem
Fuckers are stealing packages from me they stole 2 each worth 300 bucks damn
Thank you very much for the video bro. I did it exactly how you explained it and now my idle is perfect.
its a decent carving spot, considering Turnbull Canyon can relate to the issues here. i personally enjoy it other than stated problems(sand, debris, popular) plus the hike to hermit falls, the view, and some nice twisties up and down are good for the soul but not for the faint of heart. One Love From the SGV to all that are fortunate to enjoy such a place, rider or not.
whats in package
To me
Dude the same thing happen
@epohnopulse she got busted for a stupid ukelale.
Just did it today and my bike is back! Thanks a lot for the upload. It was really easy to do.
Thank you very much. I'm going to try it.
I had the same thing happen to me and this adjustment resolved it. I don't remember exactly what the manual says, but everyone on the gixxer forum said to keep engine idle between 1250-1300. I believe the manual had it around there, but 1000 is too low.
Does the manual say anything about idle speed in first gear at a stop (with the clutch in of course)? When I start my 2006 gsxr the idle is at 1,000. The bike keeps stalling on me when I have to lower speed quickly. Thanks
the sand on the road is unbelievably frightening
YEEEEEEEAH
Haha. Can the 500 keep up with the gsxr?
Like the GSXR better, but I've had a GSXR since 1999. Just got the Ninja (18 months ago) for the wife, but she's not riding it much. All I can say is that you won't be getting the urge to split lanes as often on the 500. On the GSXR, it's hard to hold back. I use the 500 to commute to work and the GSXR for canyon and track. I might be putting the 500 up for sale, cuz the wife now wants a rebel. *$&%^#
like the gsxr better than the ninja? thinking about getting a 500ex for a first bike. raced dirt for about 6 years.
