EASY NO-BAKE TREATS. Gluten-free, refined sugar-free.
Today we are going to prepare delicious no-bake treats that are super easy to prepare. They don't contain gluten or refined sugar and are made very quickly. You will use very few ingredients and they are perfect to give as gifts to family or friends, to eat them on your own because you will see how good they are.
INGREDIENTS
🎄1 cup (178 g) Medjool dates, seeded
🎄2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
🎄3 tablespoons (45 ml) of water
🎄1 cup (102 g) rolled oats
🎄1 cup (120 g) raw pistachios
🎄⅓ cup (53 g) dried cranberries
🎄¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
🎄1 pinch of salt

    Except for kale all is in my diet more or less. Kale is famous in Germany and eaten Oct to Dec, but was never my favourite. But I will try as smoothie sometime. So thank you for reminder.🙂

    Aloha,here is the German guy back again.🙂 I tried the oats bread and this one. For this one it looked outside like yours but inside not fluffy like yours, more moist and like the "water strip" problem(not sure if this is the correct wording in English). Will try this again, but longer baking wasnt the solution on the second try I did. Keep your good work and keep your lovely smile! best wishes to Thailand

I tried this and it looked like yours till the pan/baking part. Guess I started with too low heat and am not sure when its ready. Guess will try this again as buns and baking in oven. I like that it has water instead of edible quark that is used in most receipes here with oats I know. Also here healthy wishes to Thailand! 🙂

    I have evolved a similar recipe and I keep a supply in the house at all times. Sometimes I add 1/2 cup grated Parmesan or a couple of tablespoons of brewers yeast and parsley. I also use ice water and allow them to sit over night but they look almost identical. So yummy!
