I've been here. The antennas were parked, but we were lucky enough for them to raise the antennas for us. That is quite a sight. The antennas don't raise simultaneously. They move in a progressive wave. It's mind blowing.

The name is Saint Herman of Alaska Serbian Orthodox Monastery. It is an Eastern Orthodox monastery located in Platina, CA, which is about 40 miles southwest of Redding, CA by car over very rural, rough terrain. The monastery is part of the Serbian Orthodox Eparchy of Western America. It was founded in 1968 by Seraphim Rose and Herman Podmoshensky with the blessing of Bishop John Maximovitch of the Diocese of San Francisco and Western America of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia (ROCOR). Since 2000, the monastery serves under the omophor of Bishop Maksim Vasiljević of the Serbian Orthodox Eparchy of Western America.

So modern! It would fit right in on a Pinterest board these days! It's funny as the deeper I have gone inside over the psst few years, the more I have slowly cleared out external clutter. It's just started to happen by itself. My bedroom is white with lots of plants and is also filled with light :)
