Just a suggestion for giggles, season salt pepper...let the meat come to room temp...pre heat the pan....hot, lil' bit of oil, then just before you place it in the pan...drop a nub of butter...about a min or two each side....

Can pressure cook anything I think for 2 to 5 hours till the moose meat is soft. And thank you for your comment

Sorry mike i been of line, i think my cell phone was hack . People dont have Respect for elders , almost looks like my rez, i guess we live the same way on every rez. Every houses i see from every rez are the way built. They to give the Indigenous people better houses. They keep giving us the Plastic houses. My roads on rez are the same. Nothing but Gravel. Would like to go with the motorboat but water is really low about 3 ft deep is the depth of the river now.
I was taught to make enough for a large hungry family. My wife doesn't really like leftovers. 😠 But when I try cutting the recipe in half or quarter, it just doesn't taste the same. 😭 I always struggle with baking. I think it is because you have to keep so close to the recipe. Well good cooks or baker don't have to but.... 😂
