Paddle down the Black River from an easily missed kayak/canoe landing that is very close to La Crosse, WI and Winona, MN. A half day is more that enough to both paddle 7 1/2 miles as well as bicycle 6 miles between your car drop off point and your boat. A 2009 Honda XR650L's poor/no spark condition is caused by a bad CDI box. The OEM CDI box is repaired, tested and carried for a back-up. Also a non OEM CDI box is purchased and used.
