What if you dont want a stem at all?? How do you attach outside dried petals without wire?

I've looked at so many tutorials and tried a couple of badly, but when I watch this I can see where I went wrong will try it now. Can so far say this is by far one of the best tutorials I've seen.

Aimee, absolutely GORGEOUS! I have watched 3 times, because I am going to start to try to make my first one. I wish you could make more tutorials because your THAT GOOD! I want to learn from the best and I have NO IDEA who I can learn from in my state. If my nephew weren't moving back from Australia in 3 wks to move to Tornonto I would have him bring back your flowers for me. I asked a few more questions on the first video of this peony. If you can answer those questions I will attempt my first one. I am pretty picky, so I hope it comes out. I know "practice makes perfect." ~:) I just hate the practice part. lol take care Aimee. Hi Aimee, I keep coming back to your video's. You make the MOST BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS out of gumpaste! I am learning. I was wondering if you can tell me with the very last part of this video, did you dry it upside down or right side up to let the last layer of petals fall back a little ways? Do I still need the edible glue if they are not going to be eaten? Would water do? I still hope to learn quite a bit from you. Oh, I forgot to ask the first time, do you still sell your petal veiners? (I am not sure what they are called, but you know! ~;) Thank you Aimee!

Hi Aimee, I have wanted to learn to make fondant flowers for YEARS, so I am finally ready to go for it. I don't want to make edible flowers so does it make a differencewhich fondant you use, or just the glue. I can tell from your accent your not from the US and I hope you send items to the US as I want to buy some things from you, but I also can't tell the difference from the US dollars to other currency...YOU make the most beautiful peonies I have EVER seen! WHO would want to eat something this beautiful, certainly not me!...ALSO, I had my wedding bouquet flowers dried and my Gardenia's turned black within one yr and the rest of them are almost falling apart. I want to re do or have the entire thing re-done in fondant or gumpaste. I am hoping I you can make the flowers and I can buy them from you and then I can re assemble them here. DO you have a email I can contact you at, Please, so I can tell you what flowers I need and then find out how much it would cost..I have Gardenia's that I need as well as other flowers, but I did not have Peonies.
