Very hot RTX 3080 Gaming Pro from Palit. How to change thermal paste on a video card?

This card is not in the best condition, it is very dirty, thermal pads and thermal paste are in poor condition, tests showed very high temperatures, after servicing the GPU and Hot spot temperatures are noticeably lower, but the memory temperature (Micron chips) really worries me: 102 degrees. It says no address recives
I had to go to the same settings on my old phone and turn OFF iMessage there, then turn it off and back on at the new phone using these steps and then I could send iMessages on the new phone.
