Search with “looking for voiceover artists” and see the posts from the last 24 hours or the week to find opportunities. Also, in the job section, search with “voice over” or “voice over artist” in “India” if that’s your preferred location and turn on job alert for the same so you get notifications for new job postings.

As I mentioned in the video, maybe you need to be more active in the platform. Create more content around your niche. And when the LinkedIn algorithm notices that, it will give you the opportunity to contribute.
