How often did you get a day off?

Do you know if you need to have an in-depth history with Disney World (ie pass holder, visiting Disney lots of times, etc.) to be accepted? I follow other RUclipsrs who were or are part of the DCP, and they all share this quality. I hope to be accepted, but I do not have an in-depth history with Disney World since I am from out of state.

Do you recommend it if I am 31 in post graduate school? I just got accepted and I'm worried I'll be an old fart and feel isolated or something. Lol still I'm looking for a change and professionally it could be an interesting stepping stone to a greater career with Disney.... Still, I'm just worried that I'm too old and that it'll be weird or something. Lol
