You can get these at local feed/livestock stores. Tractor Supply has them.

Any test comparisons at this point?

I just ran a test of 120 hits with a 7-iron and saw minimal wearing of the black paint using the tag marker. It seems to absorb better into the surface of the golf ball where the other paints I've tried stay on the surface. I would go as far as to say that it has similar durability to the Callaway RPT ball. Has anyone tried the stick on dot decals? I've heard that they don't last so long.

How are they holding up after 3 weeks use?@@3DGolfTemplate

Good durability provided I don't hit wedges. If I use a sand wedge, it will take paint off the ball. I guess I should probably expect that... if I use a sand wedge on a normal non-painted golfball, it damages the cover over time, so it should be expected that it would take off the paint.

I use an older chewed up ball fir wedge shots and keep a newer one for driver n full irons. Seems to last longer tgat way. Then as newer ball gets worn I rotate it to being my new wedge ball.

Do you use these marked balls on an impact screen or into a net? If an impact screen, do you get any black stains on the screen from the black ink or do these tag pens leave no residue? Does the ink last for like a couple of hundred hits or do the ball's need re-coating more regularly?

My impact screen is not used for projection, so I'm not able to test to make sure it doesn't mark. I would guess that the tag marker wear is very low so it shouldn't come off on the screen, but I can't be sure.

I did a test on a white pillowcase. The result was no marks on 7 irons, and I was ready to declare success until I hit the sand wedge. A good solid full sand wedge not only damages the paint but also will leave marks on the pillowcase.
