Good find! I used mods to increase the height that Skif can clamber, so it is nice to know there is a "legit" spot to use to get into Pripyat early. It is funny seeing Monolith there even when certain events of the game haven't happened yet. Would've been kinda cool if they had just a bunch of mutants populating the area until those certain events occur.

That guide was extremely well done ty for being thorough.... to get back by the main door you can hop on a box and jump over the fence took me aminute to find a spot cause tyhe door was locked to get back to vintar area

In Yaniv, you can actually push one of the boxes towards that scientist bunker south west of the base and you can jump on top and there is a stash and diamond exo .... plus Harpy in Yaniv will fully upgrade it ...

Pretty sure you can get diamond exo early without getting to Prypyat, on Yanov. Also I think liberty exo is the best one

That is the hardest way to get the armor... You can get it in Western Yaniv on top of the metal scientists building towards the fire tornado. You have to do a bit of parkour but it's doable and much faster than this. But that is a decent way into pripriyat early.

I’m about finished with the wild island quest line. Is this really worth it to travel that far for this armor?

The claims of everybody who was on the bridge died are kind of an urban legend. There's no sources to suggest that anybody died as an immediate result of being on the bridge or that a large group of went down to the bridge The only thing I can find about people being at the bridge on that night is a family of 4 who were interviewed and were still alive as of 2016

Saw a tip for holding items on the raft since the drop box is questionable: use a Large Stick Holder. It can hold up to 24 hand-held items! Ex, metal sheets, large sticks, and artifacts. You can’t transfer items from your backpack but this tip helped me immensely.
