This company is guilty of severe discrimination. I had booked a one way flight to Portugal on Transavia through google flights. I HAD to book with the DOHOP option. Transavia cancelled the flight and refused to give ANY compensation -- even putting me on an alternate flight. This cost me 1000 euros to get another flight. Dohop assured me MULTIPLE times that they would cover the alternate flight. I checked this several times. Five minutes after booking the flight and sending them the information -- literally five minutes -- they refuse to cover the flight. One week has passed and both companies are arguing like two divorced parents over who is responsible for this, both claiming they will not give me one cent....but these are not to bickering divorcees. They are companies. This does not make sense to me unless -- ah, through both whatsapp and social media they saw who I am. This is the most hateful company to exist on the planet. If you are not a white, Icelandic male, do NOT -- DO NOT -- book with them. In over 40 years of life, I have never faced so much discrimination and hate. If you believe in anything resembling equal rights, boycott this company, avoid them, and warn all your friends.

With an F rating on better business bureau, MediaAlpha has made a name for themselves as a spammy scummy company dedicated to abusing and misleading people. Stealing personal information and leading to anger and frustration from customers. Its 2023 and judging from their website today, theyre hopefully a dying business.

Totally agree with last comment. They scammed me on a booking in Dublin. I prepaid the booking got the confirmation from Rehlat. Arrived at hotel and there was no booking. Hotel never worked with Rehlat. This is a scam company. Be safe. Keep away

How in the world can someone with less than than 7 real years of work experience (according to her LinkedIn profile) become a CEO of a relatively substantial company? And people wonder how some of these tech start ups with injection of huge amounts of money, ultimately fail.
