I have a way they could bring him back. Before he had to end his mother, she had a conversation with him about a plan for him to save the club and get himself and boys out of the life for good. She has a new friend the truck driver, and she has him be on that rd after Jax finishes up with everything around town, everything will be identical to the original story but in this ending Jax slides under the truck and the truck plows through entire police convoy decimating everyone. That way there will be no witnesses to see Jax escape. After the accident, the truck driver detonates the truck and it explodes burning everyone and a body similar to Jax is placed at the scene. It's believable because we all know Gemma was good at talking men into doing things for her. Obviously they could touch it up a bit but that's the short version.
