you can skip him by just killing all the enemies except him. then you need to go to the door behind him and touch it which will trigger the next part and despawn him

For the 2nd encounter you can just lead him to the tower and make him fall.

Bigger tip: you can just jump across while using fists.

@@dioherificyo u can get second speedrun By just Get outside when we are in house and we see That super ball in air condition get into and then it will deal 100 damage it’s Op and then when there is minigun just kill all emeny and skip it And second minigun u must get into tower and make him fall and when we are in Flood place get rocket launcher and then Look down and shot into and u fly and u are in the end there u go u got second time

i know im late but if u wanna get 1x1x1x1 skin u gotta complete all the classic quest (even beating only using classic gun) so that one doesnt allow gatling or revolver
