AQUALAB designs and manufactures moisture measurement tools. Our software and devices are trusted by more than 90 of the world’s top 100 food companies and many of the world’s top universities, pharmaceutical companies, R&D labs, pet food manufacturers, and others.
Water activity, moisture content, and moisture sorption isotherms are at the heart of all we do. On this channel, we’ll explain how to use those measurements and tools to create better formulations, improve production and manufacturing processes, and maximize your product’s appeal. We’ll lay out all of the information and background you need to understand, manage, and master moisture.
