Well, A: That's not meatloaf, the first what I'm assuming is a pork roll, might be chicken, noone ever says. B: You can't add salt and pepper "to taste" to raw meat. You're not supposed to taste that. I mean, it looks good, it's just not meatloaf, not even the beef one.
