When your a kid you don’t realise the used the same 5 flying blips every episode

Such a beauty. No CGI, no fake nonsense, real people flying real gear, because there was no other way to do it. This realness is desperately missing from todays cinema and tv.

As a child I had Airwolf.. the A team.. streethawk etc.. and parents used to think we would grow up violent.. kids now have TikTok and RUclips videos of kids punching strangers in the back of the head.. people eating Tide pods and Jack Doherty being a little PAB..

Had the pleasure of meeting Jean-Michael Vincent and Ernest Borgnine, and still hold dear my collection of original show props. The stunt pilots that worked on this series were absolutely tops.

I know because of the way things were in the past between actors and TV studios at the time. If airwolf was reintroduced now would it be a lot better show? Just curious. I did like the spy and intrigue slant to it at the time.

This show along with the A team inspired me to major in electrical engineering and to be in the technical field

as a kid, i don't think we gave the pilot enough credit for the skill in those low level flying/hovering scenes. We just assumed thats how everyone flew a helicopter, LoL
