This is a super interesting idea.❤️ I have a few tricks- Try next time putting it in the fridge vs freezer. It dries out the dough, but if you don’t have time and need to flash freeze- make sure your dough is a little softer than normal and when you wrap it up in the wax paper , afterwards, wrap it up in saran wrap- especially towards the ends so that the ends will be just as good as the middle ❤ Also, after you put the two layers together, you should let it sit for just a minute and then roll it just a little bit with a rolling pin and make sure that it is the right consistency to roll up without breaking. I think that your cookie would be absolutely perfect. Just a few thoughts and tips from Baker to Baker. I love that you used extract instead of anything else for the mint. that’s really a great idea that sometimes people don’t want to do because it would overpower if they used too much. Kudos to you for using it. Also, you just came up with the perfect cookie for canna butter 😘❤️✌️⭐️🙌🥳👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
