I have a question I used HID cards (C-Cure 9000) and they are finished, my vendor brouth me new box exactly the same cards, the only difference is a facility code and they are not working. Can you please give me advice ? I tried use facility code for new cards. It didn't work...Thank you.

Ealier we used to operate on ccure 800 but later it gor replaced with 9000 and i have lots of old access card and they are not in Ccure 9000 and I want know the card no for all. When i swipe this card on mobile or door reader, it show rejection entries with card no. But when i pull rejection report, entries are not showing. So is there any other way to pull the report.
