This is my journey to getting healthier and making improvements in my physical health, my mental health, and my home life. I have been sharing my health journey for about 2 years now. However, due to big, unexpected changes in my life, I put back on much of the weight I lost. I also show how I declutter and clean my house that has been neglected for too long.
For anyone who has struggled with their weight and has suffered with a CHAOS house and need a little encouragement, I hope you enjoy these videos. +Sheila, love the intro. I have started my Christmas shopping ( I save throughout the year)and I’m working on budget stuff constantly (not in an overwhelming way). Love these little tidbits and even though we KNOW these things, sometimes hearing or reading them again can be impactful. 💛🤎♥️
