Plasticity 3d Fixing Complex Fillets
How do you have other types of materials to view the object?
to fast! a tutorial needs a tutor and a voice with explanation a why and how.
Beautiful
I couldn't even try it. One time gave me massage that my email or password was not valid. Then my internet has no connection. So I gave up. It looks that a lot have problem with trying this software. So good luck to others
Thank you so much😊
Your welcome.
There is an option in fillet command to Y blend , select the 2 edges you want to fillet , use the fillet command, and tick the Y blend option , it will do it automatically for you without piping and all the other stuff you did in the video (It's called Y blend : attempt)
Hi, Thanks for your comment. Xnurbs works much better to create the soft blend. In my experience Pipe tool, and G2 bridge curve give best results. I prefer manually, more control of the results. Y blend attempt is fast, but poor results.
Crazy stuff
nice tuff guy! I'm gonna wait till my balls will completely full, then a will go smoke weed and fuck my sexy girl!
Subscribed....Just bought plasticity and trying to learn as much as possible.
How are you bringing up the cage around the surface, for example at 3:04, but you've used it several times. Thanks!
Hi, press Z to show cv cage, shift and S to increase cv points.
это таймлапс, а не туториал
Шах и мат
Narration will get more views. Cheers
Hello, thanks for video. Where did you get this 3d scan data? I also want to use it, but to practice my sub d modeling on surface
Hello, from a friend, unfortunately its not for sale.
Is any way I can contact creator? i want to know about the ,upcoming car course.. is modeling using blueprint?
i will post videos over the next few weeks.
@@brucz-oy8ur Ok Sir 😅.. I just want to know more detail 😅.. will wait for it
Hi, my email can be found on my Artstation page, link in description.👍
I want to creata car 3d model using Plasticity 3d.. from blueprint.. Is this create mouse course can help me to do it?.. already try create car.. watch other software ( solidworks and Rhino ).. but I still can't create it..
Hi, i'm in the process of creating a course on car design using Xnurbs in Plasticity, should be ready in a few weeks.👍
@@brucz-oy8ur Look interesting.. is follow blueprint? Or just design? Without any blueprint.. can't wait to get it..
Love how the video covers all the easy stuff but ignores the hard stuff. Surfacing is easy. Drawing curves out in 3 D space that are not on a construction plane is hard.
Drawing curves in 3D space efficiently demands years of experience.
Why i don't snap curve on mesh?
What version of Plasticity do you have?... snap curve to object is a new tool in latest beta version.
@@brucz-oy8ur 24.1.8
im using 24.2, its the paid version, with Xnurbs.
@@brucz-oy8ur me too.
Xnurbs is not available on Indie licence. Such a pity.
I got a little lost around 1:57 - when all of those lines and stuff came in ; I think that was spline's and lofts - gonna search your channel if you have some resources around that
It can be difficult at first, good luck with the practice... one tip is to slow down the playback speed.
Beginners?
Some basic knowledge of Plasticity is needed, but it's an easy tutorial to follow. 👍
Thanks for this great tutorial, please, we need more automotive design tutorials. I noticed that you have lots of matcaps, how can install them, i tried to do it before by copying the new matcaps in certain folder, but i didn't work.
Thanks for your comments. For Matcaps below link could be helpful. ruclips.net/video/uEbViHrKGbs/видео.html
Amazing tips! Just one thing... at 2:25 - how did get that subdivided surface edge into one?
Thanks for your comment. Rebuild edge to join edges, or just delete the edge, this can also work.... Or detach face and delete redundant topology.
@@brucz-oy8ur You are amazing! Thank you
No commentary, to fast, as a learner it's hard to follow 😕
Hi David, thanks for your comment. For a slower playback speed change the settings to half speed. The original video would be to long for youtube, and quite boring at original speed. If you need absolute beginners tutorials i recommend @Pixelfondue, he has some great learning videos. Thanks.
Hi great tutorial, really enjoy these lessons.
so a bool
Thanks for your compliments.
What's the name of this song?
Neon Dreams.Produced by White Bat audio, i think.
Easy and simple technique for making a recess!!
Very simple in Plasticity 3d.
Can you demonstrate how to make saucer, an UFO craft with Plasticity?
A flying craft would be cool... possibly a free course in the future.
@@brucz-oy8ur ❤️👊
The choice of music is just 👌
Brilliant! Thanks for sharing.
My pleasure!
I like plasticity for its simplicity, but I don't know if you have complicated, but what you have done in 10 or more operations and 9 min. A fast camera, Rhino does it in a single operation and not much more than 1 min. in real time.
I have used Rhino, incredible surface tools!!.. In my opinion Plasticity is better for concepting, ideas can be expressed quickly. Rhino is pro class a.
White bat audio? 😊
Like Blender and Rhino had a baby. I'm sold.
Depends what you model, Nurbs can be much quicker and cleaner geometry.
Plasticity for beginners 🤔 hmmmm. Could you go any faster. Appreciate the effort.
Faster speed quicker to upload, i can send you the real time, but its a few hours long.👌
@@brucz-oy8ur thank you that would be great.
@@brucz-oy8ur By the way, how to you record, and speed up your videos? Which app do you use?
Thank you!
Very helpful, thanks.
Glad it was helpful!
Would you recommend Xnurbs than patch?
The results for a complex surface are usually much better.
Would you recommend Xnurbs to patch?
Yes, patch is also sufficient, depends on the model. For cars i use Xnurbs.
Hello< thanks for the tutorial. I m trying surface modeling with just patch and loft and i am watching videos about xnurbs. And it seams that patch/loft gives me some completely unpredictable resault. G2 continuity works reaaly bad with this algorthms. So is it really feels much better to use Xnurbs? And do you know if cad profesionals use only xnurbs or they also struggling with patch and loft ?
Depends on the software, Xnurbs with Plasticity improves the ability to create smooth surfaces. For serious class a surfacing i would recommend Alias by Autodesk.
Can you surface model a car using this software?
Yes.
At 1:17, how did you show the CV points on the surface without raising the degree of the surface? It's difficult to understand without seeing the keystrokes. I'm only able to see the CVs once raising the degree, but then the surface has more CVs than your surface.
Hi, select the face then press z, display the cv's. Shift + s to increase the cv's.
When the plasticity got sculpting mode? 😅
Not sculpting like zbrush, more like sub d modelling. Enjoy my friend.
Can you make tutorial with old school car grill model like Ford maverick 1971?
Sometime in the near future, i will find some ref images first.
Can you provide a tutorial for the PEEL P50 (housing part only)? I think it's too hard! ~Thanks!
Hello, not sure what that is, but will take a look!👍
good work
Thanks
Thanks for the tutorials, very helpful.
You are welcome!
Thank bro
Any time👍
xnurbs are not in the indie version right
Hi, not sure, check Plasticity website.... possibly without the options?
This operations you can do without xNurbs too, but xNurbs can help to get clean surfaces faster.
Thankyou @Kuechmeister , you are the master of Nurbs modelling, your technical perfection is true inspiration!!. Xnurbs is certainly a huge leap forward for Plasticity, which was struggling in the surfacing tool department.👍
@@brucz-oy8ur Thank you
Isn't xnurbs a separate plugin?
Included with studio version.
why you did not show when you draw lines
In depth tutorials coming soon, stay tuned.👍
