I found an amazing resource at Heygainz that breaks down different exercises like this one. They have a ton of useful tips and demonstrations.
This exercise looks great for building back strength. I can already feel it working just by watching the demo.
The simple answer as to why they don't explain calorie deficits to their customers is because it makes them money, they know their target audience and they know that people will stay in slimming world even if it doesn't work. Pushing an ineffective diet keeps customers and makes money

@gregoryrourke7417 highly recommend to take it mate. Most researched natural product out there. Very cheap too. Can choose to cycle it, 8 weeks on with 2 weeks off. Post Workout ideal time to take it.

What’s the best way to track calories for someone who eats out frequently?
MyFitnessPal is fantastic, plus, on there, you can track food that comes ion chain restaurants, for example Nando's, some places not ideal of course, but at least you can track calories accurately

How would you recommend creating a sustainable calorie deficit for beginners?
@MikebijDefensie hey mate. Hope you're good. Ok let's break it down. You want to be in a 500 calorie deficit, so take 500 cals away from your maintenance. Apps like myfitnesspal is easy to use. @JohnJomyya let's break it down. The answer is yes, but, why focusing on endurance more so? The endurance rep range is typically 15+

@MDJamesArnold carbs are stored in the muscles so you will have better energy source for your workouts.

There’s nothing wrong with that diet. Just add a few protein snacks or an extra meal to raise calories. No dont need carbs because you get net carbs from other foods/fruit throughout the day. I’m 45 and I look and feel magnificent because of this diet. 5 years in
@@tyreeceuk I agree. But the diet doesn't say to add meals/shakes. Should definitely include more calories. Honest question, how come you're keto? And what negatives do you think carbs bring?

@@phildowningfitnessshow I live in NY state and can tell you that if I go outside the only thing I could survive on is an animal I kill. I cant digest trees or bushes and berries are only in season for a few months a year and as an avid hiker I can count the times I have come across a blueberry bush. Its healthy and as long as you get sufficient protein your body remains healthy and you use the fat on your belly for fuel.
@dealwolfstriked272 exactly mate, we need sufficient, this isn't sufficient. 800 calories isn't enough, and as a hiker you will know the importance of carbs too.

Just seen this recommended video, great advice bro. I was 113kg in 2020 during lockdown, dropped to 86kg. Currently 94kg in the best shape of my life. 💪
Dude out here saying eddies message of eating single ingredient foods like meat, eggs, sweet potatoes and cruciferous veggies is extreme 😂😂 get a grip you weak idiot! I’d love to see his proposed diet plan!
I used to believe it was as simple as calories in calories out, but it is far far more complex than that. Way more complex than any simple diet could possibly hope to cover. Slimming world is not perfect and it’s not for every body type, no diet is. However I believe it’s as good a starting point as any diet especial if you have a good support group. I have dropped over a stone in the first month and feel like I’ve lost 5 stone. I have no idea how much more I will lose or even if I will get to my target weight, but for now I would encourage anyone who can’t afford a personal trainer / fitness plan to give it a go.
But it really is as simple as calories in vs out. As long as you're not eating more than your maintenance and have 0.7-1g of protein per lb of bodyweight, you'll lose weight healthily. If you lose without maintenance your body doesn't entirely use fat as burning but also muscle. It's alot simpler than you think.
@@ABellyFullOfTea Sorry but I disagree, glycemic index, macro nutrients, complex sugars, type of protein, unsaturated, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats all interreact on a chemical level when consumed. An avocado has around the same calories as a mars bar, which of these is going to be most beneficial as part of a calorie conting high protein diet?
