Your channel showed up on my feed. New Subscriber. As a former migraine sufferer I did find fresh feverfew leaves helpful (chewing the leaves). As always check with your doctor to make sure it doesn’t affect any current medication you are taking. Feverfew can also cause mouth ulcers and affect asthma. But I had positive affects. That said migraines did come back worse in the next round. And you do have to catch them early when you notice the flashing lights or weird head feeling. I had a hysterectomy (unrelated issues) and never had a migraine since. Do not recommend that as a cure. Sorry for the long reply. Thank you for sharing ❤

I had a friend that had migraines and the doctor recommended a tragus piercing and she said it really seemed to help!!

wow if this isn't a sign from the universe... just found your channel. i'm at the end of a biology phd, had a nearly identical childhood relationship to writing including the "you can't make a living from this" and constant pressure to do anything else. I desperately don't want to be a scientist, but I told my thesis supervisor the other day I wished there were a job equivalent to lab tech where I would just write papers for the lab. That is- someone else gathers the data and presents to me the general story they want for the manuscript, and I write it. She seemed open to it. Maybe that will turn into something, maybe it won't, but you're not alone in feeling you need to be writing. That theme comes back to my life time and time again. Wishing you all the best on your journey! You have 1 more person along for the ride now :)
