They didn't GIVE M5 the song, they SOLD them rights to do a cover AND allow DH to release their own version. Fuck people, it's a strategic $ move for DH to get exposure from M5. Whether or not you like or hate M5, fact is Adam Levine, Dirty J & Duddy made a great move with this song.

Thanks for posting! Was there and loved it! Really digging this song. Never even knew about Maroon 5's version. Maybe they should write their own songs, instead of taking them from bands that sound way better! Hate Maroon 5. Voice is too whiney for my taste.

@Lindsay - Yeah, they didn't take/steal the song. They asked for it and Dirty gave it to them because Maroon 5 is WAAAY bigger than Dirty and Dirty wants some of that exposure that Maroon 5 have a lot of. Both parties benefited from a simple exchange, no need to be so rude and start accusing anyone of stealing or whatever! ;)
