this video is two years ago, but if you haven't watched more philosophy tube videos and caught on to the bit, i'll give a basic explanation: before she transitioned, abigail used to have a recurring character called "the arsonist", typically used to represent someone or something negative that abby was talking about in the video through the metaphor of arson. then, when she transitioned, the character of "the arsonist's sister", the arsonist's sister who doesn't believe the vile rumors spread about her brother, the travelling petrol salesman, who she absolutely does not have incestuous feelings for, even a little bit, and she fulfills a similar role. i'll be real, sometimes it's hard for me to parse the metaphor because abby is already SO british, and the characters of the arsonist and his sister are somehow even more british.
