Sometimes the runners high from resistance training fails to provide enough adrenaline or wtf ever sort of help that people who are hooked on weights get from it . Some trainers kinda go with the rah rah rah and let's get excited routine and sometimes training needs to be behavior resistant also because some people need more and some people need more rest . The joke says that going back to work means a chance to get some rest from that wild vacation run . The other joke says getting to work so I can get some sleep because my in-laws are busy all day and night over at our house . Gonna move to the woods or the city or build a houseboat and try to find a bike project or two or maybe watch a kung-fu movie with the big speakers hooked up to the television . There are those who need a needle full of something and my tracks are healed up and clean . Going for a ride in a car or pickup isn't the same as riding a bike until you turn up the mobile audio system and reset your brain with loud ass rock and roll . Cabin fever is a sorta realistic problem and then covid slashes your tyres . And worst of all , many people actually support the helmet laws that Wall Street brainwashed everybody to vote for . Cities on flame with rock and roll from blue oyster cult might help , old school BTO from the not fragile album full volume most the way through , cut number two , rock is my life and this is my song . Ms Kacie Turly , Thanks . The addictions are not so much the problem for me after a buncha years straight , and way more years kinda stayin' clean , with numerous times off of the stand-up path . The more obvious problem for some of us is seeing how some people ghost themselves , and seeing family never stand up into their own life because of bad medicine . Breathing is an addiction that bad medicine kills . Some diseases need permanent pharmacy medicine to overcome, and resistance training is an addiction that is good medicine . Workout buddies are a good idea, and if ya' gotta get your breath alone , good on you , as the Aussie's say . I'm struggling past sixty towards seventy years old, and the bad medicine I'm fighting off isn't the booze or drugs now , it's finding that some things and some people are just simply bad medicine and not tolerable , because , just like you are saying , so many people are full of shxxxx , uh , manure . Hang in there, kiddo , don't ghost yourself . Stay safe, and have a nice day .

Kudos Kiddo !! Having been a convict and powerlifter and fool-drunken-indian and otherwise knothead and drug user , finding a path past my own problems and likewise , the problems of all my redskin rezervation cousins and more booze and drugs , has been keeping me , busy and now , in my sixties (64 soon) , it's cool to see a motorcycle rider and fitness buff , stayin' after it . Please stay the course , and remember that those inside , who told you that you would be back , didn't really know you or the good parts of your family and good luck to you . I know it's not really good luck , it's about gettin' clearheaded and focused , no matter what . Federal maximum security prison in my past , because I put people in the hospital and had priors . I can't brag , more of a warning that you can use to share to help someone , because I know about not getting a lot of help . Stay strong , stay up rider . Old sober fool drunk injuns try to encourage people too, sometimes .
