I have a very similar setup. I tried playing at 1080p native resolution with medium settings, ultra textures, and ray tracing set to medium. In larger locations, my FPS dropped to 40-50. The best solution is to adjust the render resolution to 1600x900 in the config and upscale to 1080p using AMD Super Resolution

how are you getting 200 fps in 1440p? i got a 3060 and i play all low settings 1440p the highest constant fps i get is maybe 15, do you only have 1 monitor?
