Does anybody know if he has started back up yet? I stopped by the event and spoke with him and he said he was trying to start back up again with limited hours. Just wondering if anyone in the area has seen him out yet. He said he was gonna open for a few hours a day. But just wondering if that has happened yet? I live in Lehigh Acres and don't get out that way too often anymore but used to go several times a month to get his ribs. They are legendary! 🍖 🥓 🥓🍖

Officer Rony Rodriguez badge number 42511 from the City of Miami Police Department Attempted to murder me on 08/07/2018. He put me in a chokehold, then purposely twisted my neck to the right attempting to break my neck, the 5th time I struggled to say “I can’t breathe”. Then he picked me up and body slammed me onto my left side onto the concrete. Then he arrested me and falsified the police report and said that he arrested me and brought me to Jackson memorial hospital because I was walking into traffic. And that is lie. He attempted to murder me in front of Sergeant Edwin Gomez Badge number 2364. I told Sergeant Edwin Gomez 2364 that Rodriguez 42511 pushed me 3 times in my chest before he arrived. And when I told his sergeant that he put me in a chokehold, twisted my neck, body slammed me, arrested me, and falsified the police report. Gomez 2364 failed to intervene, violating his duty to intervene. Rodriguez 42511 and Gomez 2364 violated 18 USC SS 1513(The retaliation against a victim witness and or informant statute). Then Jackson Memorial Hospital tried to cover up the attempted murder and violated SS 766.110(The healthcare liability statute), obstructed justice, forced fraud upon the court, and wasted policy. And I didn’t break any laws or commit any crimes for them to attempt to murder me. My neck is still injured, my hands and arms keep going numb, my back is still injured, my left knee is still injured, I’m always feeling tired, my mom is saddened, my father who retired from the Broward sheriffs office after 30 years of service is saddened an I can’t even see my children because of the safety risk from the officers attempted to murder me and then the harassment that hasn’t stopped ever since I reported them. PLEASE HELP ME

Since its a cop he decided to choose the "well this happens to us too." Im pretty sure the cops who got assaulted werent handcuffed at the time. Now, you (the police) are trying to save face by holding your own criminals accountable. You only do this WHEN YOU CANNOT DENY THE TRUTH SHOWN BY THE CAMERA.

The sheriff is also a clown. This person that the sheriff hired was also fired from another police department. He worked for the Fort Meyers police department previously. He was put on paid administration leave after an officer involved shooting and was eventually fired some time later after an internal investigation claimed he violated four policies during a 2020 traffic stop that lead to the death of a toddler.

The news reporters blaming the sheriff's department were just looking for any way to criticize the department. The focus should have been on an irresponsible mother. She has the freedom to raise her child the way she saw fit, and the fit was death. I look forward to continuing to argue online
