I feel like I would have struggled so much to get my head around it all if I hadn't began my journey at the groups first. I'm finding the community feature on the app to be really good for seeing what other members are eating etc. I've tried a few recipes from the app but mostly I use PON books at home. Thank you so much for watching. I've always been my biggest critic, but I have been letting my weight build up for a while now and enough is enough. I am well aware that I maybe someone else's ''target'' in regard to weight or physique but it's the biggest I have ever allowed myself to be in the past and now. If I don't get a handle on my over indulgence's and continue to let things slide. It will only become harder for me to get to where I would like to be in order to feel comfortable and confident. 🫤 I feel so much happier doing this on my own with SW online then the groups, the amount of time I have gain back for myself is amazing too. Thank you for this 💗 I know you can't out run a bad diet but once I get myself back into a regular exercise routine, I find it helps with my mood and overall mental state. I feel much happier. This then allows me to follow the plan for effectively. I agree that SW is not the plan for me at the moment as I need to find the discipline with my ''trigger'' foods and reduce my intake. Thank you & well done to you on such an incredible weight loss 🙌👏😁xx💕

Thank you Sam 😘 I went back to my old group that is much further away and it felt like returning home. The new consultant is lovely and she is much closer to my age, she is much more active on the fb group and the members in group are of more varied ages. A better mix for me, a lot of them work too like myself so have similar struggles. It been a positive change but I still have guilt for leaving the other group 🙈 lol xx 💕

Thank you LG. We had the most wonderful time. It was very peaceful and beautiful. The wildlife was incredible. Next time we are going to try climbing one of the mountains to get the most of the glorious views, but we would have needed a guide to help us and we had already booked 4 trips during our time away. So we decided to just do those. Fingers crossed we are still capable of hiking up mountains at 60 lol xxx 💕
