It took him 3 iterations to get it the way I wanted it. He'll email you the program ( tune), You download it into the SCT device and then upload it into the car. He is very responsive and sent them back to me within the hour of my request. One bit of advice, when you upload the tune into the vehicle I would put the car on a battery charger. If the battery is weak or dies during the process you are in for a real headache. Don't let that happen. Also, turn off your auto headlights during the process just to save power. The tune made a night and day difference in performance and stopped me from selling the car. This is how Ford should have sold it in the first place.
