ECB County 2nd XI T20 Finals Day, Wormsley, 16th July 2024
This was the first event I have done for The ECB.
I feel very lucky to be recommended for events like this.
I played hundreds of my T20 music stings, and did all the commentary.
It went very well.

One of my favourite tunes. Always sounds Fabulous! I played the Monster Mix. Sound - 2 x db Technologies 915dx. Really like these speakers. Lighting - 2 x Chauvet Gobozaps and a strobe. I have done lots of events for Thame Town Cricket Club. A lovely Club with lots of really nice people. It's always a pleasure. The tables are so well decorated! Great to see! It is such a privilege to play in Belgrave Square in the heart of Belgravia. I have done this event for many years, and it is always a fun event to DJ. I was asked to MC Music In The Park in Thame. It is a wonderful one day festival of live music on many stages. I hosted the main stage and the acoustic stage and introduced all the acts. I was asked to provide the sound, and do all the announcements for this match. It was a great game at one of the nicest cricket grounds in the world. I always feel very lucky when I work at Wormsley. Always great to work with The Thame Concert Band. This concert was 'Music From Strictly'. I put in 3 Optikinetics Solar projectors, 2 Equinox Waterwaves and 8 Chauvet battery uplighters to create a good light show at minimal cost. Good lighting doesn't have to be expensive. HI! Are these Opti Kinetics cassettes? Which number cassettes are the last two- at 11:15 and 12:30? thanks
Hi Jason, One is an Opti - 21/15, and the other is a Pluto cassette - no markings. Neither of these are available any more. The new Opti cassettes are not as good as the old glass ones sadly, and I don't have spare glass for that one.
