@Vertex CNC Machinary do you do consultations? Does anyone here give consultations? I need help figuring out exactly why fuji gyb751d7-rc2 motor does not return a sensor to its original starting spot. Every iteration the sensor moves a little more away from its original position. I’m controlling the motor with a fuji ryh751f6-vv2 servo. It’s the same setup you have in this video. My guess is that the motor radius is not set correctly in the fuji ryh751f6-vv2 servo
If you go to the trouble of posting a video titled "wiring test" is it too much to have expected that you would, at minimum, include the wiring schematics to what you are demonstrating?

Hi, we used RdWorks, and it was enough. We don't have Lightburn yet, but we consider buying it. It should work, however.

What is the High level voltage in the outputs? It is 24 V or less?
Driver and motor are both powered by 36 V, the pulse generator can take 5-24 V if my memory is correct. The stepper is too big to use only 24V, but I guess if you have a smaller motor you can feed it 24 V so it runs from the same supply as the impulse generator.
Actually, this board can take 8-24V DC.
