"I've kept these recordings secret for a long time and they've never seen the light of day until now. Long before Owl City was ever a spark of a flame, a lot of blue-collared working days were spent absentmindedly daydreaming about what would ultimately become this collection of songs. From the perfectionist musician's perspective, a song is never truly 'finished' but rather 'abandoned' and thus, after a lot of inspiration and reckless experimentation, I emerged from the basement with an 11 song record which I affectionately entitled, An Airplane Carried Me To Bed." - Adam R. Subscribe. Like. Sky Sailing project was Adam's first solo project. It was released in summer of 2010 but started back in 2007 way back when Owl City existed as a concept only. This song is one of the single taken from his first album An Airplane Carried Me To Bed and has been changed later.

Song meanings are always ambiguous most of the time. Even if the artist specifically says what the song is about to them, they still say it’s open to interpretation for everyone else and that whatever you want to believe it’s about can be what the song is about because it’s all imaginatively dreamy after all.

I know this comment is 2 years old but if you see this, may I recommend Musi? It's basically Spotify but you can listen to any song (or video technically) available on RUclips. The only ads it has you can just choose to mute them and just continue listening to your music, and also if you fullscreen it, the ads won't be able to come up at all if I remember correctly.

This is not a demo, this is the actual song just in really low quality
it is. many sky sailing demos are altered slightly than the final version. this structurally is the same, however the mastering is different, but you can’t tell because of the poor quality of the audio.
@@RinaldiPratamaPutra that doesn’t make it a demo. A demo would be like a draft version with some or most tracks recorded differently. Maybe a slight lyrical change here or there. You cant grab the original song, lower the quality by a ridiculous amount, and then claim it’s a demo version
