Unfortunately due to poor camera quality, it's not possible to see that the pod covered an area of 500 meters square and contained roughly 60-80 individuals.

    What was that black box all about just after the rope? boring as hell. the sound of the ocean was more pleasing than the beach combing. Waste of my time

    If allowed to drive on the beach and cut fire wood to sell ,it would be a great business.

      You can't cut sand beach wood very long, it dulls the teeth immediately.

  • @kaye8231
    @kaye8231 7 месяцев назад

    This would be even more interesting if you would zoom in on the humongous tree trunk that was in the beach and in the rocks to look for anything interesting. I didn’t “get” why you zoomed in on the sand a few times with nothing there. Also, after you picked up the rope wasn’t there a big square black box off to the side?

    Why didn't you remove the plastic 😢

    • @Kremlin60
      @Kremlin60 7 месяцев назад

      Because we swam in through the breakers. We had just finished a garbage clearing expedition where we collectively removed 367 tons of plastic, nets, ropes, etc. from the north coast of BC. I've personally cleaned more beaches and removed more plastic in a day than most people will over their lifetime 🙃

      Amazing the difference between your beaches and the North Pacific beaches, at least currently. Back in the 60’s the beaches on the Alaska peninsula between the Bering sea and the Pacific would be green with millions of glass balls.
