I found Ed’s cover after I watched Chris’s American idol performance again and thought they sounded similar so this tickles me to no end

This was the day after they filmed soundstage. Immy offerred to get us into this Apple store show…. But we couldn’t stay in town. I still regret that decision.

This version was actually better than the original American Idol version by Daughtry. I didn't think that was one of his better performances.
