It makes 100% sense. What a lot of people are not understanding is it is not about anger, even if it is a family with very abusive behavior which it is in my case, but it simply is like cutting toxins out of your diet to survive, and begin to thrive which you never did before. I was aware of this already at 15, that I would create a new family lineage. The old members in many cases do not want change, and want to hold you on to a particular role which is not you . Not good.

Thank you for this. It has been the most challenging decision to make, yet the most empowering choice, despite the many judgements received by others. It is the hardest program to break ❤🙏

As a nurse I have to do my own research. I’ve Been taking 1000 mg liposomal lactoferrin (had never heard of it before) and it’s anti inflammatory, anti viral, anti bacterial, anti fungal, etc. I believe it’s what’s helped the most with my issue . Trial and error for everyone .

Sometimes, I wonder if the greater lesson is for me to develop the patience and tolerance to accept others in their negative narrative or low consciousness.
